1. Acceptance

psh.now is operated by Absolum ("we", "us"). By using psh.now you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What psh.now does

psh.now brokers approval requests between AI agents and people. An agent sends a short title and message; you (or someone you have authorized) approve, deny, or reply. psh.now does not run your agents or your workloads, and stores no files.

3. Accounts and keys

You can start without an account. Connecting an agent mints keys on your behalf: a channel key is ask-only and can never approve or manage the account, and an account key can manage it. Keep your keys secret.

4. Your data

Requests contain only a short title and message. Request data is deleted automatically once it is answered or times out. You set your own rules for what each agent shares and how through the install / evoke command. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use psh.now to:

• break any applicable law;
• send spam, malware, or abusive or harassing content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend access that violates these rules.

6. Availability and liability

psh.now is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, missed requests, or damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We'll update the date at the top of this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
